Goodbye to Delamar and Levski!
In an upcoming patch Delamar and Levski are going home to Nyx and being removed from the Stanton system for the foreseeable future. We knew this day was coming, yet it's still sad to see it go for awhile.
Here is my tribute to this memorable station and part of the verse.
Goodbye Delamar and Levski! I'll miss you!
I still remember the first day you were added, the days and weeks that followed were filled with citizens of the verse rushing to land at your four small hangers, yet little did we know that bugs would trap us in the halls and mines of the rundown mining station. I recalling leading flights there to rescue players who were trapped there, racing around the small planetoid in a fast ship, roving around the surface in a Tumbril Cyclone from the surface garages, waiting for a bounty to leave the safe hangar, or breaking into the admin desk to get free weapons. At this point in the game's development we could only imagine what other planets would come like Hurston, ArcCorp and Microtech.
I'll always remember ANTHONY TANAKA, the busy Grand Barter with shops clustered close together, and fresh supply of trench coats. I'll miss teaches ship shop where we bought our first Caterpillar in game, and Cordry's armor where I got the Microid Battlesuit, and Conscientious Objects getting my hands on the Scourge "Desert Shadow" Railgun or Custodian "Boneyard" SMG for the first time. Meeting Miles Echart for the first time at Cafe Musain. I'll never forget the countless hours spent staring at a trade kiosk selling WiDoW. These are just a few of the many memories I've had and shared with others.
Farewell Delamar and Levski!
